Welcome to Red Bike Fitness! 

My name is Mary Healy Jonas and I am a personal trainer and Muscle Activation Specialist focused on using individualized attention to improve the quality of life of my clients by building strength, balance and overall fitness.  

As a MAT Specialist, I am able to keep muscles doing what they are supposed to - contract on demand - and, if they are not, I can work to bring them back on line to help prevent overuse and injury.


​As a trainer, I am thoughtful about designing workout sessions that are tailored to challenge weaknesses, maximize strengths and ensure my clients are meeting their ongoing fitness and health goals.
